Primary total hip arthroplasty with a flanged, cemented all-polyethylene acetabular component: evaluation at a minimum of 20 years.

One hundred twenty-three consecutive primary total hip arthroplasties in 107 patients were performed with the insertion of a cemented, all polyethylene, flanged acetabular component.
